Peter Bradley is a local artist residing in Oklahoma. He has done illustrations for the roleplaying book series Castles and Crusades. He is also a freelance artist and web designer through his business Ravenchilde Illustrations. He has generously allowed the convention to use some of his artwork for the banners on our website.

Originally begun as a way to rent costumes to local LARP crews is run by Cheryl Trent who has a degree in history and a love for making both historical and fantasy costumes. She hold several awards for Best Costume and works to provide costumes for rent and purchase at conventions. Her selection typically complies with the theme of the convention.
