Sadly all our dealer spaces are full and confirmed. If we have any cancellations I will mark you on the wait list. We are already discussing a bigger location for next year so we have plenty of space for dealers.

There is serious discussion of an artist alley but we will only have space for 3 tables (if that) and it will be heavily recommended that the artists breakdown each night because we can not guarantee security of this area while unmanned.
This space will be reserved for those that have 99% handmade product. Nothing mass produced. If you are interested please contact me. This is still a tentative decision but we want to see if there is any serious interest.

Cheryl i had some questions:

1.  is there anyway i could get more tables like 4 or 6 instead of 2 ?  gaming merchandise takes up so much more room than say a comic book convention and i'd like to make a big first impression.

2.  are the dealers rooms locked or security guarded ?  i dont want to have to take my stuff home every nite.  and what exactly are the dealer rooms needing to be open to the public ?

3.  what time is the set up on friday ?

4.  what time is pack up on sunday ?

5.  is the wi-fi at the hotel also in the dealer rooms ?

thanks a bunch  Cheesy

Cheryl,

I see from your previous posting that your dealer space is full.  Salamander Games is an Oklahoma City based Game Manufacturer and we were interested in finding out if we might be able to have a presence at StillCon this year.  I had originally thought a dealer space would be appropriate but if space is limited, might there be an opportunity to run some game demonstrations of our board game Summonaria perhaps?  We always like to find ways to connect to our local gaming community where possible!
